Machine Operator

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $18.50 / hour.

Hours: 4/10 hrs/Week. (1^st shift).

Length: Contract (12 months).

Here's what you'd do:

• Operates light-duty bench- or floor-type machine tools and equipment such as small lathes, power mills, extruding machines, drills or punch presses, power brakes, shears or saws.
• Set up, adjust, and perform maintenance on machining machines.
• Checks work using prescribed gauges, jigs, and fixtures to measure close tolerances.
• Some machines may be numerically controlled.
• Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with operating bench or floor-type machine tools, machine setup, adjustments, and maintenance.
