About the role:
The Senior Manager , National Accounts, IDN is responsible for developing and directing successful commercial contracting strategies across all U.S. customer segments, including GPOs, IDNs, HOPDs, MSOs, and ASCs. This leader will build and maintain strategic partnerships with national and strategic accounts to expand Boston Scientific's presence, drive business growth, and strengthen long-term relationships across the Neuromodulation Division (NMD).

Preference for a candidate based in Midwest US.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Serve as the key relationship holder and trusted advisor for NM85 Economic Customers (Strategic Sourcing) within GPOs, IDNs, MSOs, ASCs, and other national and strategic accounts.

* Collaborate closely with NMD Regional Business Directors (RBDs), Area Vice Presidents (AVPs), Marketing, and Franchise Leaders to develop aligned national account strategies and objectives.

* Lead and coordinate cross-portfolio contracting strategies within NMD to grow the Pain and Brain franchises.

* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the U.S. market, including customer operations, financials, politics, strategic imperatives, and decision-making processes. Identify key accounts based on growth potential and business protection needs.

* Build strong, sustainable, and strategic relationships with key influencers and decision-makers to understand their business priorities and align Boston Scientific solutions accordingly.

* Manage and execute contracts for GPOs, IDNs, MSOs, ASCs, and other national and strategic accounts. Develop and deliver transformative, differentiated business solutions and offerings in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

* Partner cross-functionally with other internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of account strategies. Serve as a key contact for other NMD franchises, focusing on large national IDNs and GPOs.

* Maintain up-to-date industry, competitor, and product knowledge. Proactively seek insights to inform and refine account strategies. Collaborate with Health Economics to anticipate market and competitor trends and maintain funding for key products.

* Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement by sharing insights and promoting innovation across the team.

* Coach and mentor team members, supporting their professional development and performance growth.

* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop tools and materials that effectively communicate Boston Scientific's value to hospital administration, value analysis teams, and national account directors.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in national accounts, healthcare contracting, or related roles within the medical device or healthcare industry.
* Demonstrated success developing and executing commercial strategies across GPO, IDN, MSO, and ASC customer segments.
* Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and build strategic, value-based relationships.
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications:
* MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* Experience managing P&L or business unit budgets.
* In-depth understanding of the U.S. healthcare reimbursement landscape and health economics principles.
* Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $ to $ , plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
