Peraton is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations, efficient workflow, and effective coordination across multiple teams and leadership levels. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative and organizational experience skilled in scheduling, reporting, and document management while maintaining a professional, service-oriented approach. This position requires the ability to anticipate operational needs and manage competing priorities for accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency. In this position, you will:
Manage daily office operations including scheduling, communications, and workflow coordination across FAA program teams. Behind every successful FAA mission are the teams, systems, and administrative professionals who keep operations running seamlessly. As an Operations Office Manager, you serve as the hub of coordination-ensuring communication flows efficiently, resources are properly managed, and leadership has the support needed to drive national aviation initiatives forward. Your expertise in organization, documentation, and process management directly contributes to the FAA's ability to maintain safety, compliance, and operational excellence across all programs. Target Salary Range $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
