  • Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)



  • Oversee outgoing shipments, working with Shipping Leads to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment
  • Coordinate inbound deliveries with the Receiving teams and confirm all items are accurately received
  • Manage freight and traffic logistics to ensure timely deliveries
  • Review and verify shipment order reports, addressing discrepancies proactively
  • Communicate early with management about shipment exceptions so Customer Service can update clients
  • Ensure all export shipments leave with correct documentation, seals, and photo documentation
  • Maintain and manage mail-chain (BC) transactions, inventory records, and inbound/outbound documentation
  • Collaborate with Receiving to properly place inventory in its correct storage location
  • Report on container statuses, delays, and coordinate follow-up communication
  • Assist with receiving, put-away processes, and inventory movement
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe warehouse environment



What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)



  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience (preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control environment)
  • Experience tracking logistics, managing inventory, and fulfilling customer orders (domestic and export)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Calm, organized, confident personality with strong communication and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented approach and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with diverse teams
  • Strong organizational skills, with capacity for coordination and prioritization



Work Conditions & Physical Requirements



  • Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (40-hour workweek)
  • Occasional overtime may be required, including evenings or weekends, as business demands
  • Work performed in both office and climate-controlled warehouse settings
  • Frequent standing, sitting, and working at a computer terminal; ability to lift 15-50 lbs
  • Use of typical office equipment (computer, phone, scanner)
