Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Palm Bay, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Responsible for performing inspections, tests, or audits of purchased parts, units, materials, equipment, panel/module level assemblies, and quality control programs to specifications.
  • Interprets manufacturing drawings, diagrams, specifications, and lists to approve or reject units, test setups, or systems for in-process or final assemblies.
  • Reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
  • Maintains support documentation and performs sampling and testing of incoming components, raw materials, and the build of assemblies.
  • Reviews and reports performance data.
  • Ensures that raw materials, in-process products, and finished products meet company and test standards.
  • Determines or assists in selecting methods and procedures necessary for inspection.
  • May interface with customer quality representatives or suppliers.
  • Fully proficient in supporting individual contributors.
  • Works under limited supervision.
  • May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise.
  • Assignments are moderately complex, needing some judgment.
  • Less detailed instructions are provided, and minimal peer review is necessary.
  • Communicates with contacts, typically within and outside the department, on matters that involve obtaining or providing information needing explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement.
  • Work may be structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
  • Follows established processes to complete tasks.
  • Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
  • Resolves most issues.
  • Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which has a moderate impact on the overall team results.
  • Work is of moderate scope, typically on larger, task-related activities.
  • Interprets manufacturing drawings, diagrams, and specifications and lists to approve or reject units, test setups, or systems for in-process or final assemblies.
  • Document inspections and deliver reports to their supervisors, and items are returned to the department for corrections or repairs.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $25-$30/hr + 10% differential for 2nd shift.

Hours: 4/10 - 2nd shift.

Length: Temp to Perm (12 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of Microsoft Office experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Need to be very detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of an MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
