The Senior Foreman DSC Production is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of DSC production personnel. The role conducts budget review and monitoring, production review and monitoring, troubleshooting of wells, and analysis of mechanical failures. The role is accountable for project execution, timing, and safety and has the financial authority over invoices and expense accounts. The role drives initiatives to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement, and implements measures to enhance overall DSC production performance. The role enforces safety policies and procedures to promote a safe working environment, conducting regular safety inspections, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate hazards. The role provides performance and salary reviews of personnel and takes disciplinary action if necessary. The role ensures the DSC team, PAs, and OOs are clearly and continuously communicating with the operations and engineering teams and creates and owns the DSC roadmap while supporting and contributing to the overarching BUs roadmap.

* Leads and supervises a team, overseeing day-to-day DSC production operations, ensuring information availability, and being accountable for project execution, timing, and safety.
* Demonstrates and applies technical knowledge of artificial lifts, compressors, cathodic protection, field separation, metering, well treatment, down hole, liquid storage and measurement, and computer applications such as Wellview and AVR to optimize and improve DSC production operations.
* Leads initiatives to identify opportunities for improvements in DSC production, cost efficiencies, and/or other problem areas (i.e., artificial lift mechanical problems and optimization, electrical troubleshooting, and chemical use, etc.) and acts on it to improve production efficiency.
* Utilizes the organization's lease profit and loss statements and other sources of data as part of the identification of opportunities and provides recommendations to the Superintendent and Operations Engineer in the areas requiring engineering support and/or analysis.
* Facilitates communication between field and corporate offices, maintains relationships across functions, and participates in governmental and civic functions to enhance company representation and engagement.
* Supervises and trains lease operators, reviews and approves all invoices, and maintains regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance.
* Oversees analysis of real-time data to optimize production efficiency in well operations and the optimizing and troubleshooting of well parameters for automated wells.
* Reviews and analyzes DSC production budgets to ensure adherence to financial targets and monitors expenditures related to DSC production activities, identifying areas for cost optimization.
* Guides and mentors the team, actively contributing to employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and overseeing operational processes.
* Understands and applies all organization policies related to DSC production and ensures others comply with these policies, secures and maintains all organization issued equipment, including but not limited to computers, vehicles, and analysis or test equipments, and possesses the right and obligation to stop work if unsafe conditions exist or are suspected.
* Supports continuous improvement efforts with all teams and contractors through KPI and contractors/supplier meetings, gathers and develops data requirements, develops and trains PAs, OOs, and LOs, and promotes and builds a culture of psychological safety and inclusion.

Education:
* High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education is required. Associate's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any other related discipline is preferred.

Experience:
* 7+ years of relevant experience with 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in E&P Operations specializing in areas such as Production, Completions/ Workover Processes, and Artificial Lift, Rod Pump, Gas Lift, and/or Plunger Lift Operations. or a related field. Industry experience is preferred.
