Job Description
The Facility Security Officer (FSO) is responsible for administering and coordinating all facility security activities to ensure compliance with Federal requirements. The successful candidate will manage and implement all procedures and protocols in order for Kearney employees to successfully obtain and maintain their security clearances as well as ensure that Kearney & Company maintains the Firm's facility clearance. The successful candidate will interface with all levels of Kearney personnel and government personnel to ensure contract security compliance. The successful candidate will be required to conduct security self-inspections, apply risk mitigation methodologies, support customer assessments, and implement security measures to meet requirements. The FSO must possess the confidence to make critical security decisions and implement security procedures that will prevent unauthorized access to company and government facilities or information.

This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law.
