Position SummaryThe Senior Specialist, Finance Operations - AP will serve as a subject matter expert for Accounts Payable (AP) processes and expense analysis. This role includes improving and developing new processes, troubleshooting issues, training users, and ensuring accuracy in our expense allocations. They will also work with our Finance Systems team and external developers to design and implement changes to our AP systems. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of AP operations and expense coding, and a technical understanding of AP software and electronic payment templates. It also requires strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the firm.
