As a Production Control Systems Technician, you'll be essential to maintaining seamless material flow and parts supply in one of the most advanced manufacturing environments. You'll troubleshoot systems issues in real-time, collaborate across teams, and drive improvements to ensure production never stops. This hands-on role requires quick thinking, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to Tesla's high standards of reliability and quality.


What You'll Do
  • Initiate immediate actions to sustain material supply and production capability during systems disruptions, minimizing impacts on operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Production Control Operations, Systems Engineers, Process Engineers, System Support, and other stakeholders to resolve material flow challenges
  • Apply first-principles thinking to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on human and systems errors affecting warehouse and supply processes
  • Monitor material flow using existing dashboards and internal systems to identify and anticipate potential supply bottlenecks proactively
  • Provide support for team improvements, including suggesting enhancements, delivering training, and offering guidance on best practices
  • Assist in data analysis and decision-making under the direction of Data Analysts and Systems Engineers to optimize inventory and logistics
  • Support the launch of new processes, from initial design and implementation through ongoing follow-up and refinement

What You'll Bring
  • Experience in intralogistics, operational logistics, or general material flow management
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and material flow
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with material flow or inventory monitoring systems
  • Hands on experience with Material Flow System (MFS) or WMS tools in a high-volume production setting
  • Willingness to work in a shift system, including weekends
