The CPQ Solution Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of critical projects that support Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) business processes. This role involves leading project planning and execution, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. The CPQ Solution Delivery Lead serves as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders-such as business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors-managing expectations and communicating project status, risks, and issues. Additionally, this position ensures all deliverables adhere to high-quality standards and established methodologies, while driving continuous improvement through upgrades, hyper care, and enhancements to the CPQ solutions.

This role is based out of our St. Paul, MN location.

What You Will Do:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, including hyper care, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Facilitate Solution Development: Understand and resolve technical obstacles for teams and lead decision-making on technical solutions.
  • Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors. Effectively manage expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and are in compliance with established methodologies and best practices (e.g., ASAP, Agile, Activate).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, including at least 2-3 successful CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) project implementations
  • 4 years' experience overseeing full project life-cycle implementations, from blueprint through go-live and post-go-live support
  • Experience in preparing project plans, delivery schedules, release management strategies, RACI matrices, budget estimates, and structuring project teams
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Program Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2) highly preferred
  • Demonstrated business acumen, particularly about the key financial drivers of a business
  • Strong problem-solving, analytic, conceptual, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow effective communication with both business and technical resources
  • Detail oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive execution

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $161,800.00 - $242,800.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
