Baptist Health is looking for an Application Analyst - Senior to join their team. This is a remote work position for candidates who reside in KY or IN

Under general direction, formulates/defines project and system scope and objectives based on applications specifications and user defined needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering application functionality and user procedures. Prepares detailed specifications for system functionality. Analyzes and revises existing system documentation as necessary. Has technical knowledge of all phases of applications system analysis and project management. May have duties instructing, directing and checking the work of other systems analysis personnel and project team members. Responsible for quality assurance review on projects. Acts as project coordinator for medium sized projects with medium budgets and may or may not have system-wide implications. Assists in implementation of large system-wide projects and may manage multiple small projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years related experience, or two years direct experience in lieu of a degree.

• Appropriate certification or licensure (if applicable) required.
