Overview The Learning & Inclusion Office of EEO & Workplace Culture team is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Employee Resource Group Program Manager to lead and support female union employees in field roles and the Women in Non-Traditional Careers (WINC) Employee Resource Group. This Program Manager role will play a critical role in advancing equity, inclusion, and workplace culture for female union employees in field roles.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between female union employees in field roles, the WINC ERG, EEO and Workplace Culture and Senior Leadership.
- Engage directly with female union employees in field environments to build trust and foster inclusion.
- Maintain a visible presence at job sites and operational locations to understand day-to-day realities.
- Travel regularly to field locations to conduct outreach, mentorship, and engagement activities.
- Serve as an on-site resource for female union employees, ensuring accessibility and support where work happens.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address unique challenges and opportunities.
- Conduct and facilitate outreach, mentorship, and engagement initiatives to support female union employees in field roles and WINC members.
- Identify and onboard WINC Ambassadors by location and foster strategic collaboration with local Women-In groups to support localized needs.
- Conduct targeted outreach and one-on-one sessions with female union employees in field roles and WINC members to gather feedback, identify recurring themes, and surface systemic challenges impacting women in field roles.
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of quarterly WINC events & quarterly meetings, including logistics coordination and stakeholder communications.
- Provide strategic guidance for the development and execution of WINC activities and recommendations, ensuring alignment with female union employees in field roles, broader workplace culture goals, and legal obligations.
- Track and report ERG activities, outcome metrics.
- Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in project management, with demonstrated success leading initiatives in equity, inclusion, and workplace culture, employee engagement, or employee resource group (ERG) program management.
Relevant Work Experience
- Strong understanding of compliance, EEO, and workplace culture frameworks, required.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, required.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, required.
- Familiarity with union environments and field operations, required.
- Must possess analytical and creative problem-solving skills to respond to and manage the needs of WINC and female union employees in field roles, required.
- Must be able to identify trends, perform follow-up analysis, and prepare documentation, required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving work environment, required.
- Proficiency in MS Teams and PowerPoint for effective presentation and communication, required.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Windows environments and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint), required.

Additional Physical Demands
- The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
