Location: Jeffersontown KY

Shifts:
* 1st shift Monday through Thursday 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM
* 2nd shift Monday through Thursday 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM

What we are hiring for:
* Resource Team Members
* Material Handlers
* Aluminum Router Team Members

What you need:
* At least 1 year of forklift experience for most roles
* At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
* Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work on your feet
* Comfortable reading work instructions and keeping basic records
* Good attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
* High school diploma or GED

Experience with CNC equipment, material handling, or industrial maintenance is a plus but not required for every role.

What you will do:
* Move materials safely and keep inventory accurate
* Support production lines with loading, packing, or routing aluminum
* Follow work instructions and maintain quality and safety standards
* Cross train and support different areas as needed
