Your Opportunity:Taylor is seeking an Account Manager who is responsible for providing the customer with positive, consultative, and service-based experience. In this role, you will act as the project manager liaison between the customer and manufacturing facility, to ensure projects are delivered on time to customer expectations while maintaining internal profitability goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and understanding job specific requirements from the customer and/or sales representative to accurately enter jobs into production.
  • Communicating production schedules and updates to the customer, proactively managing production milestone dates, and tracking production status to ensure orders ship on time.
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to resolve issues to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Providing sales support, including product, pricing, schedule, capacity, and production related requests.
  • Managing multiple accounts, programs/projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Documenting and maintaining account specific standard operating procedures.
  • Leading regular scheduled meetings with the customer to discuss the status of current orders, quality, and forecast opportunities.
  • Identifying areas to streamline processes and reduce opportunities for error to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships based upon credibility, communication and trust.
  • Facilitating internal and external project kick off meetings and post project reviews.
  • Preparing customer presentations, gathering performance metric data, and presenting in customer business review meetings.
  • Partnering with and mentoring less experienced team members.
  • May direct and lead the work of others.
  • Ensure proper on-time billing and reporting updates to the customer.

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of experience in print production, account management and/or project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to handle complex tasks.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively, respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Self-starter mindset, excitement around learning, team player attitude, and ability to handle daily work with minimal management direction.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Project management experience with proven ability to oversee a project from beginning to end.
  • Previous print industry experience and/or In-depth knowledge of company products and services, including technical print knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex projects

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
