Description Lincoln HospitalNursing This is a Registered Nurse 2 vacancy open to candidates with greater than 1 year of RN work experience Summary: This is a full time, 36 hour a week, night shift position. This position is temporary for 13 weeks. The Special Care Unit is an 8-bed ICU/Step-Down Unit, where nurses are responsible for conducting complex assessments and providing intensive therapies and interventions to a variety of patients. Nurses have the opportunity to care for patients with acute and chronic respiratory failure, cardiac events, sepsis, metabolic disorders, complex surgical recoveries, and more. This department has a great collaborative team with the ancillary departments and the physicians/surgeons. The Registered Nurse - Temporary role provides high quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. Collaborates, delegates, and communicates with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal care. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
