What We DoThe Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with the Sales Operations management and sales teams to provide on-going support and maintenance of our business systems, processes and data.

Essential Functions

  • Act as primary support person for the Sales Operations Manager and/or Sales Operations Management
  • Maintain the documentation around processes and activities performed by Sales Operations
  • Act as a liaison with other departments to ensure the integrity of master data information through the CRM system(Sales Force) and reporting structures
  • Review and analyze solutions by working with Management and Operations/Sales members
  • Assist, coordinate, and lead in the development of responses and solutions to company-wide CRM requests, this includes but is not limited to informational, content, and analytical requests
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Communicate and work effectively with organizational departments on data management

  • Works on a wide range of problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Follows department processes and procedures and makes recommendations to these processes
  • Employee is expected to make decisions independent of supervisory direction within the scope of their job
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across groups and with a variety of management levels

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations or similar roles
  • 2+ years of analyst experience
  • Microsoft Office User (MOS) certification preferred, not required
  • CRM (Salesforce.com) certification preferred, not required

The pay range for this role is $62,700.00 - $83,575.00

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
