What You'll Do Day-To-Day

Manages the Business Improvement Group responsible for developing, initiating and maintaining the performance improvement initiative in the U.S. Region. The group is responsible for leading efforts to eliminate waste, reduce variability and improve business process efficiency throughout the Region to achieve improved financial performance.

Major Duties:

    Develops a continuous improvement initiative based on Lean Six Sigma philosophy and tools.
  • Plans communications, training, scheduling, budgeting and implementation of plan in US Region.
  • Manages the Initiative based on annual goals to ensure its efficacy and sustainability.
  • Manages the DevonWay Condition Reporting software tool, including maintenance and enhancement of the system to meet user expectations and needs.
  • Supports the Procedure Improvement Initiative and similar improvement initiatives from time to time.
  • Creates and manages executive metrics, including a process for collecting, presenting, evaluating and following up on resulting actions.
  • Provides leadership in driving culture changes needed to build support & participation in improvement processes.
  • Staffs and manages an organization to implement all activities of the Group, including staff performance reviews.
  • Develops and adheres to annual operating expense budget.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field with a minimum of 10 years related experience is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of continuous improvement processes, methods and metrics.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and effect change.
  • Familiarity of the corporate product line and support organization of the Company.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships, work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.


Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $130,000 - $176,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
