Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Advancement, the Director of Prospect Management and Business Analytics will serve as a strategic leader within the Advancement Division, focused on the intelligent use of data to support and strengthen the College's fundraising efforts. This position will oversee the prospect management program and lead the development of analytical tools and models that guide engagement strategies and inform decision-making. The Director will work closely with colleagues in Development, Alumni Engagement, Advancement Services, and the Director of Advancement Data Systems and Reporting to create a coordinated and forward-looking approach to data-informed fundraising strategy. A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and at least five years of experience in prospect management, advancement analytics, fundraising strategy, or related, is required for this position.
