Position Summary:

Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.

In the Learning Experience Designer position, you'll design and develop scalable, self-service learning experiences for a wide range of adult users. From virtual instructor-led training to self-paced modules, certification paths, and assessments, your work will help users adopt and utilize Direct Supply's platforms to their full potential. You'll collaborate with teams across marketing, UX, product, and customer service to improve the overall customer experience, and provide insights that uncover friction points and opportunities for new features. Using AI tools, data, and best practices, you'll help accelerate platform adoption, utilization, and long-term growth.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience applying them across digital formats.

  • Proficiency with e-learning tools and platforms, including LMS systems and AI-powered learning technologies.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Design reusable content for onboarding, certification programs, and learning paths using instructional design best practices

  • Manage and maintain learning assets across internal and external learning platforms

  • Develop engaging written, video, and interactive content for both self-service and instructor-led training experiences

  • Create targeted enablement content, including interventions and in-system guides, to drive platform adoption and desired user behaviors

  • Use AI-powered curation tools to enhance learning content based on user engagement data and emerging industry trends

  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing, using analytics to improve content effectiveness and drive behavior change

  • Collaborate across product, UX, marketing, and customer-facing teams to align learning goals with strategic business outcomes

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, human resources, communications, or a related field - or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years of experience designing learning for corporate or customer audiences, or with adult education

  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and virtual training technologies.

Additional Items of Interest:

  • Experience using Pendo or other in-app guide-building software

  • Experience with ZenDesk or other ticketing systems is a plus

  • Certification in training, such as a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or equivalent, is a plus.
