Your role
As a Customer Service Representative, your mission is to deliver accurate, timely, and professional support to customers and internal teams. This role ensures that sales orders, RMAs, credits, invoices and customer inquiries are processed efficiently, while maintaining proactive communication, attention to detail, and a positive customer experience. The CSR plays a critical role in upholding company standards, preventing delays, and supporting smooth business operations from order entry through delivery and invoicing.
