We're looking for a Product and Video Designer/Editor who can combine expert design skills with motion graphics and multimedia magic. If you're skilled in Figma, After Effects, and top video editing tools, and you love turning ideas into engaging, dynamic stories-this is your place!

What You'll Do:

• Craft stunning videos and motion graphics that capture attention and inspire audiences.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and tech partners to shape the story of our products.
• Develop storyboards, process flows, and prototypes to bring concepts to life.
• Use your expertise to maintain high-quality, consistent visuals across projects.
• Advocate for creative, user-focused design solutions.
• Mentor teammates and share your knowledge in video and multimedia storytelling.
• Work on projects independently and as part of a creative team.

Competitive candidates must have:

• Mastery of industry standard video editing software
  • After Effects (top priority!), Premiere Pro, Final Cut, and Figma.
• Strong portfolio or reel that shows off your design and animation chops.
• Skilled in editing: cutting, pacing, color grading, sound, and music.
• Experience making Design Frames for storyboarding.
• Able to create engaging presentations in PPT/Keynote.
• Great communicator and team player.

Additional Details:

• Occasional travel may happen, sometimes on weekends.
• Background in digital graphic design is needed.
• Continuous learning and growth encouraged!

Because work-life balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week!

• Potential starting salary range: $97,000 - $125,000. Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience. High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience.
• Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary
