POSITION SPECIFICS The Dean's Office in the College of Health and Human Development is seeking applicants for a Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist (Advanced). Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Operations, this position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data analytics and reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making in Penn State's College of Health and Human Development. The Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business performance; leverage advanced BI technologies to design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions, ensuring that data is accessible, accurate, and aligned with strategic objectives; and will collaborate with college leadership and cross-functional teams to identify analytical needs, resolve technical challenges, and deliver intuitive visualizations and dashboards. Additional Information: The location of this position is flexible and can operate fully remote or fully in person at the University Park campus, or in a hybrid model of both in-person and remote.
