Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. Job Title: Marketing Manager II Location: Arlington, VA. Job Summary:
  • As a Customer Speaker Program Manager with client, you will drive the end-to-end management of customer speaking engagements and reference programs.
  • This role requires excellent organizational abilities, process management expertise, and collaborative leadership skills.
  • You will be responsible for developing scalable processes, managing program budgets, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver successful customer speaking engagements.
  • Customer speaking engagements/ Reference programs: key note speakers. PM for different events, live events. Run meetings and work back trackers. 60% PM heavy.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize program processes, including budget management, timeline coordination, and nomination procedures.
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across technical, events, legal, PR, and creative teams.
  • Oversee program budget allocation and tracking.
  • Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance program efficiency.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management, event management, or related field.
  • Experience managing budgets of K or greater.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools.
  • Live event experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with customer reference programs or speaker management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience working in a global, matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
