Job Title: Cloud Security Operations Engineer. Location: Atlanta, GA. Position Summary We are seeking a Security Operations Engineer to join the Cloud Security Team. This role is responsible for safeguarding the organization's SaaS application ecosystem using CrowdStrike Falcon Shield SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM). The ideal candidate is analytical, experimentation-driven, and adept at partnering both technical and business stakeholders to drive remediation and advance the overall SaaS security posture. Key Responsibilities: Lead the integration and onboarding of new SaaS applications into CrowdStrike Falcon Shield, ensuring full visibility, coverage, and policy alignment. Configure and tune Falcon Shield rules to optimize alert fidelity, reduce false positives, and enhance actionable detection capabilities. Perform continuous monitoring of SaaS security posture to identify misconfigurations, insecure settings, and other risks surfaced by Falcon Shield. Collaborate with business and application owners to drive timely remediation of findings and provide practical security guidance. Track, measure, and report remediation progress for both technical delivery teams and executive leadership. Develop and maintain runbooks, standard operating procedures, and policies that support SaaS security operations and governance. Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SaaS security posture, compliance, and remediation efficiency. Assist in the triage and investigation of potential security incidents involving SaaS applications. Promote security-by-design and privacy-by-design principles through proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
