Our Aftermarket operations are based out of Poway, CA and our Motorsports operations are based out of Mooresville, NC.

Duties include:

• Lead strategy and transformation projects, and independently structure and implement strategic issues in alignment with global strategy
• Monitor automotive market development and underlying trends
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging opportunities, and provide market foresight for planning and strategic discussions
• Ensure that business activities comply with relevant automotive industry standards and regulations
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals and ensure cohesive approach
• Identify opportunities for innovation and coordinate with other teams to introduce new offerings that meet needs of automotive market
• Ensure compliance and safety of all activities within organization standards and policies.
• 100% remote position; may telecommute from any location in the U.S.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Mechanical and Process Engineering, Product Design and Manufacture, or equivalent foreign degree
• 3 years of work experience in a project management, financial, sales, or leadership position in the automotive industry
• Must have 3 years of work experience with each of the following:
  • Performing problem solving using 5Whys, SWOT Analysis, Porter's Five Forces, Business Model Canvas, Scenario Planning or related methodologies;
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for projects, optimize sales, and achieve operational objectives;
  • Managing departmental budgets, and performing budgeting for short, mid and long-term projects;
  • Developing detailed project plans to monitor/track progress and measure project performance using network diagrams, CPM, gantt charts;
  • And differentiating between mono tube, twin tube, passive, semi-active, active and air suspension.
