What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business interior and its perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Monitor for potential hazards or suspicious activity during patrols, reporting observations according to site protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while maintaining a visible presence on site.
• Complete all required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner as directed by Allied Universal and site requirements.
• Support access control procedures by observing entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
