Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative's role is to accelerate sales by providing the sales team and all business stakeholders with accurate and timely support throughout the entire sales cycle. This position is recognized as a process expert and serves as a trusted advisor on order requirements during the sales process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide Presales support (Sales Enablement)



  • Assist Sales in opportunity/quote creation and selling strategy, with the undertaking of risk analysis.
  • Drive internal deal review with key departments such as: Legal, Revenue, Order Operations, Logistics, and Channel.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Sales Management to provide customers with an appropriate level of Sales and Technical support, including quotations, product configurations, competitive positioning, references, etc., to meet the customer's needs
  • Provide incremental Sales opportunities through upgrades offering


PO booking support



  • Support the Order operation team with all needed information and approval to process the PO.
  • Assistance with shipping and management of escalations.
  • Proactive Identification and management of errors to enable a quick resolution for a quick booking.


Post Booking Management



  • Responsible for Relationships with Customers and partners with an emphasis on problem resolution and customer satisfaction


Sales support



  • Support Key Clients & Resellers as part of a strategic sales plan
  • Assist and help scale sales processes to increase rep productivity, revenue booking, and accurate forecasting, as well as improve CRM usage and compliance.
  • Position and promote the benefits and functionality of NETSCOUT Products
  • Maintain competence in areas of Product, Technology, Sales, and Competition
  • Represent the Customer's needs across multiple internal organizations with proper urgency and initiative


Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

5 years of sales, sales operations, or equivalent

Results-oriented, problem-solving mindset and skills, self-starting, highly motivated, and strong leadership skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Capability to support complex and multifaceted assignments simultaneously

Ability to professionally drive all interactions with customers to a positive end

Proven track record within Sales; using solid sales processes and methodologies

Highly organized, accountable, and responsible. Deliver on time and with high quality, with strong attention to details

Proficiency in Sales Force.com and all MS Office Tools. NetSuite experience preferred.

The annual US salary range for this role is $100,000 to $115,000. This range represents NETSCOUT's good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary within or, in some cases, outside this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. For sales roles, this range reflects the On Target Earnings ("OTE"), which includes both base salary and target sales commissions or bonuses.

Please note that the posted salary range may span multiple career levels. Final compensation and job level will be determined during the interview process, based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and alignment with the scope and expectations of the role. Compensation details listed in US role postings do not include equity, or benefits.
