As a Security Officer - Dispatch Desk CRE in Richardson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor alarm panels, manage access control and badges, and coordinate security-related communications to help to deter incidents. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and manage communications for the location, including handling incoming and outgoing calls and radio traffic.
• Dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatch activities and incident reports.
• Provide customer service by assisting tenants, visitors, and staff with information and support related to security-related matters.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.
• Collaborate with on-site personnel to help to deter unauthorized activities and support a secure environment within the commercial real estate location.
• Assist in coordinating emergency response activities and provide clear instructions to personnel during critical situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
