    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Manage the scheduling of school and community activities at ten school district buildings and schedule field facilities in area cities.
    2. Ensure and oversee implementation of the School Board policy.
    3. Process requests on computer scheduling system for facility use in a detailed manner to allow for accurate and fair scheduling of the multitude of district and community users.
    4. Understand scheduling system, solve any system issues, and implement new system when needed.
    5. Collect required information from users, such as insurance and billing information.
    6. Issue Facility Use Permits and communicate to the user.
    7. Problem-solve facility use conflicts.
    8. Provide positive customer service, both on the phone and in person, to all internal and external customers.
    9. Communicate as needed with district building staff.
    10. Cooperate with area municipalities/associations to maximize the use of area athletic fields.
    11. Bill clients and collect facility rental fees and custodial fees.
    12. Establish and maintain an effective filing and record keeping system.
    13. Distribute the facility schedule to appropriate staff members in each building.
    14. Meet with potential clients to discuss facility needs. Conduct tours of facilities.
    15. Manage the collection of calendar dates for all district events.
    16. Answer questions regarding district-wide schedule conflicts.
    17. Support District Service Center Reception Desk.
    18. Support bi-annual school board and referendum elections as primary support for Coordinator of Procurement, Insurance & Elections.
    19. Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.


    Job Qualifications:
    1. Evidence of experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and facility scheduling software.
    2. Evidence of the ability to process documents at a rate of 50 wpm.
    3. Evidence of excellent human relations skills.
    4. Demonstrates a positive and cooperative customer service attitude.
    5. Evidence of ability to initiate tasks (proactive, self-starter) and the ability to be comfortable working in a fast-paced technological environment.
    6. Evidence of compatibility with multiple administrators and co-workers.
    7. Evidence of ability to stay on task in an open cubicle office setting.
    8. Evidence of ability to be a team member.
    9. Evidence of pleasant telephone manner.
    10. Ability to meet deadlines by prioritizing, multi-tasking and organizing effectively.
    11. Ability to understand and carry out instructions.
    12. Evidence of attention to detail.
    13. Evidence of excellent communication skills (written and oral), and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction.
