What it's Like Join T-Mobile's Data & AI Commercialization team as we build the AI services. You'll be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team bringing breakthrough AI innovations from concept to market. Working directly with Innovation Product Managers and Product Marketing leads, you'll help shape customer experiences This is a rare opportunity to work on future thinking, strategic initiatives during critical development and launch phases while learning from leaders in T-Mobiles AI teams What You'll Do As our AI Product Innovation Intern, you'll support the research and development of AI services during a pivotal growth phase. You'll work within our Experience & Activation teams to help manage engagement programs, synthesize user/business feedback into actionable insights, and support go-to-market readiness activities. Your work will directly influence product experiences, feature prioritization, and customer adoption strategies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, UX Design, Marketing, IT & Engineering, and Analytics to bring innovative AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities Customer Program Management: Assist in managing user programs and pilot initiatives, including participant communications, feedback collection, and success metrics tracking across various program phases Customer Insights & Research: Conduct user research, synthesize customer feedback, create insight reports, and help identify product improvement opportunities to enhance AI service experiences Product Marketing Support: Support creation of product positioning materials, help document user journeys and activation flows, and contribute to enablement content for various channels Analytics & Reporting: Track program KPIs, create dashboards to monitor adoption and quality metrics, and support regular reporting on product performance and end user. What it Takes Education & Experience: Currently pursuing Master's degree (MS), PhD, or MBA in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Physics, or related technical/core sciences MBA candidates must have undergraduate degree or significant experience in technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related disciplines) Expected graduation December 2026 or later Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
Preferred Qualifications: Strong interest in AI/ML technologies, conversational interfaces, or emerging tech applications Technical background with understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, or system architecture Exposure to product management, user research, or product marketing (through coursework, projects, or previous internships) Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to synthesize technical and customer data Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes Experience with collaboration and analytics tools (JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Python, R, or similar platforms is a plus) Previous internship or work experience in product, engineering, or technical roles preferred

Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour.
