Description Maine Medical CenterNursing This is a bargaining unit position Date posted: 12/10/2025 Summary: The Pediatric RN - Clinical Navigator - Complex care role supports safe patient and family centered care by meeting the specialized needs of patients and families in MMCP BBCH as they progress through their inpatient acute hospital stay. The Clinical Navigator will have the responsibility of enhancing the patient experience, decreasing barriers to care and services, improving quality, and reducing costs for high-risk, technology-dependent pediatric patients, while also decreasing fragmentation and duplication of care.
