Overview:
The Operations Support Administrator will provide onsite support in our Mount Laurel NJ location. This position will assist facility management, procurement, logistics, government property, and operations teams in executing business needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering results in a fast-paced and changing environment.
All applicants must currently possess an active DOD Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Onsite escort at Mount Laurel ensuring facility, maintenance requests, alarm activity, and ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Validate parking requests for guests and employees.
  • Document and control elevator and floor fobs issued by building management.
  • Work closely with the security team to ensure proper badging processes are followed.
  • Work closely with building management to disseminate information and requests.
  • Distribute mail and provide postage/mailing assistance; work closely with logistician and assist with receipts and packaging of shipments.
  • Inventory, organize, order, and replenish office supplies (copy paper, etc.) & kitchen items (soda, snacks, coffee, etc.)
  • Plan and execute office events which include monthly luncheons, customer inclusive events, all hand meetings.
  • Assist with reserving/scheduling of seating and conference rooms.
  • Provide IDT and Government Property Inventory Support
  • Assist with procurement overflow/low dollar procurement.
  • Maintain required support documentation.
  • Support to local FSO/AFSO team for classified and unclassified visitors
  • Backup to the FSO/AFSO for any incoming or outgoing classified packages
  • Submission and validation of Visit Authorization requests (VARs)
  • Assist with security escorting for classified labs
  • Additional duties assigned as related to Operations.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years or more of related experience
  • Working in a classified environment
Required Skills:
  • Advanced computer/typing skills
  • Proficient in IDT processes and business needs
Competencies:
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Thrives in a team environment, but capable of working independently.
