Office Support Assistant IV (part-time) - Missouri Cancer Registry and Research Center

The Missouri Cancer Registry and Research Center (MCR) seeks applicants for a part-time, 2 year, grant funded Office Support Assistant IV position. This position is grant funded. Employment is contingent upon available grant funding.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and provide guidance to website and documents needs for requesting information from MCR
• Give instructions to patients on the phone and in person if needed
• Look up processed requests and tell the requester if their letter has been mailed or still pending
• Assist with maintaining an Excel spreadsheet of requests

Monday - Friday
Between 8:00am - 5:00pm, or other agreed upon time, up to 28 hours per week.

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

• Attention to detail
• Great phone skills and sensitivity to patient needs

Anticipated Hiring Range: $14.80 - $25.84 per hour
