Job Overview

The EQS Parts Procurement Lead will specialize in supporting the EQS Parts Department by assisting leadership with maintaining day-to-day operations within the team that provides customer service and support to the EQS front-line teams in the processing of repair parts requests for beverage and food equipment. This role will be responsible for covering for vacations, coaching of team members, providing second-level support to troubleshoot issues, producing reports, and assisting with the administration of the departmental systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure EQS Parts Procurement Team is managing the end-to-end processes of parts order requests from customers to the standards set by leadership; Provide coaching, teaching, and training to teammates when needs are identified.
  • Provide second-level issue resolution support for customers as it relates to parts requests processing; communicate with suppliers as part of the customer issues resolution process.
  • Provides reconciliation assistance with discrepancies between vendor invoicing and internal Accounts Payable documents.
  • Serve as flexible support to cover duties and responsibilities of teammates that are on leave.
  • Assists with creating and updating documents and reporting needed to support business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently & within a team setting
  • Capacity to use independent judgement & intermediate-level decision-making skills
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in SAP (or similar) and/or Salesforce (Preferred)

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge acquired through work experience up to 12 months
