Summary

Mid Coast Senior Health Center in beautiful Brunswick, Maine is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our Food and Nutrition Services operations. In this role, you'll ensure exceptional dining experiences, efficient operations, and full compliance with all laws, regulations, and organizational standards.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Leads with excellence and respect by embracing our C.A.R.E. standards every day.
  • Champions safety for patients and staff by following all safety protocols and reporting concerns immediately.
  • Drives quality and innovation in food service for a diverse senior community.

Our Senior Health Center includes:

  • 42 licensed skilled nursing beds
  • 41 assisted living units
  • 17 memory care apartments

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Dietetic Technician with 2 plus years of experience in skilled nursing/senior living environment; or
  2. Graduate of a dietetic technician program, approved by the American Dietetic Association; or is a graduate of the Dietary Managers Association approved course and has passed the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers credentialling exam; or
  3. Graduate of a State-approved course in food service supervision; or
  4. Training and experience in food service supervision and management in a military service, equivalent to the requirements in (b) or (c) above.
