Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee changes and projects within our organization
  • Work will include cross-functional initiatives with other technical teams
  • Work independently as well as efficiently with peer Change Coordinators to eliminate duplications of effort, and motivate software developers, scrum masters, and project managers to build cooperative work teams to deliver results
  • Assess and advise of solutions to improve processes
  • Proactively engage to assess readiness and minimize risk of non-compliance and negative impact from changes

Requirements:
  • Able to communicate across the organization
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear status updates to senior management, clear summarization of technical change, and report details at correct level
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow an existing refined process, while also seeking continual improvements
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, make decisions to initiate action, and adapt to change
  • Ability to perform as a Project Manager

Desired skills:
  • 3+ years Project/Change Management experience
  • B.S. degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Prior Change Coordinator experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management and strong knowledge of Change Management theory and team dynamics
  • Experience with ITSM, BMC Remedy Ticketing System, JIRA, and project risks tools such as PPRT
  • Knowledge of other projects and change management software and tools
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills

Pay range: $47.63 - $55.63
