Position Description We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst II to support ETL, data modeling, and dashboard design with the opportunity for growth in predictive analytics and the application of artificial intelligence to data analytics for a billion dollar plus business segment. This role will primarily support material planning and analysis, but will be provided opportunity to support all areas of the business to include finance. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes Consolidate data from multiple sources using Alteryx, Power Query, and similar tools. Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI. Automate and optimize Alteryx flows by transforming them to cloud based SQL Queries Support material planning and inventory analysis to optimize supply chain operations. Apply predictive analytics techniques to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support proactive decision-making. Required Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a BI analyst, data analyst, business analyst, or similar role. Experience with SQL and relational databases. ETL experience with Alteryx, Power Query, or similar tools. Experience or formal training in predictive analytics. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages. Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Snowflake).
