Customer Service Representative - Entry Level Pay Rate: $20.40/hour Schedule: * Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM Worksite Location: 11800 Weston Parkway, Cary, North Carolina, 27513, United States Work Location Type: * Onsite for the first 90 days * Hybrid option available afterward (2 days in office, 3 days at home), based on attendance and performance Position Overview We are seeking an entrylevel Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, the ability to problemsolve in real time, and experience handling highvolume inbound calls. You'll support customers, resolve inquiries, and deliver an exceptional service experience. Key Responsibilities * Manage highvolume inbound customer calls with professionalism and accuracy * Communicate clearly and effectively to resolve customer questions or concerns * Apply basic problemsolving skills to identify solutions quickly * Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency * Meet performance, attendance, and quality standards Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of highvolume call center experience * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Basic problemsolving abilities * Ability to type 35+ WPM * Reliable attendance and ability to work the required schedule Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cary, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.40 - $20.40/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
