Your Impact: Shaping Dynamic Workspaces We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our client's Workplace & Design team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of projects, from optimizing daily operations through work order tickets to executing significant design installations. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all physical spaces meet high standards of design, functionality, and compliance, making a tangible difference in the work lives of many. What You'll Do: **Drive Workspace Enhancements:** Efficiently manage a high volume of work order tickets (10-30 active simultaneously) related to furniture and miscellaneous requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to design standards and building/ADA codes. This includes coordinating vendors, gathering information, and providing updates to stakeholders. **Must-Have Qualifications:** * 2+ years of hands-on experience utilizing AutoCAD/Revit for design and documentation. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Experience with ticket work order systems.
