Overview

Job Purpose

The Senior Consultant for ICE Mortgage Technology's Data & Document Automation solution participates through the full project lifecycle by understanding client business and technical requirements, developing solutions, configuring, and testing. The Senior Consultant is the day-to-day resource that works with customer resources to deliver and/or consult on the overall solution.

Responsibilities

  • Perform delivery activities such as analysis, design, configuration, documentation, testing, post implementation support and issue resolution.
  • Provide knowledge around ICE product features and functions and make necessary best practice recommendations.
  • Interact with client and demonstrate understanding of their business and technical needs
  • Facilitate sessions and drive consensus on approach and best practice solutions for ICE products
  • Lead projects to completion
  • Conduct testing and training with client users
  • Work closely with the client's project team, project team members, and internal resources such as product management, engineering, and technical support

Knowledge and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting
    • Mortgage Industry operational and/or mortgage underwriting experience is a plus
    • Knowledge of loan origination solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent at understanding the problem before solving
  • Manage time and deadlines
  • Work in a cross-team collaboration model
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
