BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Qualified individuals will meet the following criteria:
• 18-23 years of age,
• be a dependent of a current PCA employee, when you apply list your parent or guardian as a referral.
• must have completed one year of college,
• must be enrolled full-time for the fall 2025 semester
• must have a minimum 2.3 GPA,

DUTIES:

Employee will work with Maintenance Coordinator to Sort and Categorize parts in the EAM System for the Maintenance Department.

Conduct Inventory of Current Parts for Maintenance Department

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical degree and/or comparable experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and equipment; particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Excellent communication skills.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Starting salary for position: $18.00 to $23.88 per hour.
