JOB SUMMARY The Sr Director, Multi-Tenant Sales will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department for the assigned Division which consists of multiple regions, helping to meet and exceed budgeted sales goals. Develop and implement plans to support Company objectives for optimum market penetrations at rates consistent with short and long term business goals. Responsible for the development, oversight and execution of effective sales strategies and tactics to grow Charter's customer base. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Demonstrates excellence in all aspects of sales management- strategic, bold leader; understands the drivers of performance excellence at all levels. Evaluates and present findings in a manner that will facilitate management's understanding of the results and drive results. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Knowledge of direct sales strategies Required Education Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years Sales experience - 5+ Management experience - 10+ Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insurance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Knowledge of cable television products and services MBA is preferred Preferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years CATV experience - 3 WORKING CONDITIONS Office environment #LI-NT1 SMD802 2025-66854 2025 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers. The base pay for this position generally is between $151,400.00 and $322,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
