Position Overview As the Marketing Process Optimization Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing departmental processes and supporting the operational backbone of our marketing team. You will ensure our tools, workflows, and vendor relationships are running smoothly and efficiently, while also driving adoption of new technologies and best practices. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about operational excellence.MarTech: Partner with internal Marketing stakeholders to implement tools aligned with strategic marketing goals, while maintaining detailed documentation of capabilities, integrations, and AI features to ensure full utilization and informed decision-making. Webinar Management: Oversee the administration and optimization of the marketing webinar platform, ensuring full utilization of its capabilities by the team while supporting event setup and logistical requirements and occasionally hosting webinars. Process & Project Management: Partner on the development and implementation of efficient marketing processes by identifying bottlenecks, designing feedback loops, and driving scalable improvements. Collaborate with teams to understand workflow needs, how to instill Agentic AI and refine cross-functional operations, while serving as the primary administrator of the project management platform-promoting adoption, AI integration, and seamless data flow to enhance team productivity and collaboration. Vendor Management: Maintain Marketing's centralized database of vendors-tracking capabilities, contracts, renewal timelines, and costs-in collaboration with the Marketing Operations Manager, while also supporting the evaluation and onboarding of new partners to meet evolving business needs. Consultative Support & Enablement: Serve as a strategic partner to the Marketing team by guiding them in the effective use of tools, processes, and AI workflows; deliver training to drive adoption and impact, while documenting workflows and insights to scale best practices across the team. Special Projects: Manage and coordinate the internal marketing newsletter by curating content updates, maintaining the subscriber list, and delivering monthly engagement reports, while also leading quarterly education sessions to reinforce Marketing Operations processes and promote team-wide alignment. In-office work and activities, if applicable, vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies. Base Salary Range $95,000.00 - $127,000.00At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.
