We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role will produce, edit, and manage multimedia content that enhances EisnerAmper's brand, marketing initiatives, and thought leadership. It will also provide administrative and project coordination support for marketing campaigns and events to ensure seamless execution and consistent brand alignment across all channels.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

Video & Podcast Production

  • Plan, record, and edit external (and internal when needed) video and podcast content, including interviews, webinars, and promotional campaigns.

  • Coordinate recording sessions, equipment setup, and scheduling with subject matter experts and partners.

  • Manage post-production workflows (editing, sound mixing, motion graphics, and closed captioning).

  • Ensure all audio/visual content adheres to EisnerAmper's brand standards and accessibility guidelines.

  • Be fluent in camera settings, Riverside virtual recording tool and media editing tools.

  • Advancement of current and future campaigns using AI tools, new technologies and firmwide processes.

Marketing & Administrative Support

  • Run media analytics as needed through pod bean

  • Maintain digital asset libraries (photos, videos, transcripts, logos, etc.) for easy internal access via Aprimo.

  • Be a resource for marketing projects as they arise. This can include web research or updating platforms such as NetSuite or Splash as needed by marketing members

Event & Program Support

  • Assist in the setup and on-site A/V coordination for live events, webinars, and hybrid programs.

  • Capture short-form content (behind-the-scenes clips, interviews, etc.) at events for future marketing use.

  • Assisting with webinars, Splash event pages and invites through Hubspot.

  • Additional support to the NY office for events and campaigns.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field required.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in video production
