Department of Psychiatry Job Description
The Center for Child Well-Being, housed within the Department of Psychiatry in the University of Missouri School of Medicine, seeks an Educational Resource Coach to support Early Childhood Programs, including the Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health (iECMH) Initiative. This position will be based regionally in the South-Central part of Missouri (e.g., Springfield, Lebanon, Rolla, Ozarks) and will require regular travel both regionally and statewide. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in special education and/or extensive experience working with children ages 0-5 who have atypical mental, behavioral, and/or physical development. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Provide on-site consultation and coaching to early childhood programs in South Central Missouri, focused on social-emotional learning within a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) framework. Shift
Monday - Friday Occasional nights and weekends to accommodate trainings. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of experience in early childhood education settings preferred. Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually Application Materials
