Your Impact

As a Therapist on the ACC team, you will:



  • Provide trauma-informed, client-centered therapy that supports hope, empowerment, and recovery
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, crisis interventions, and ongoing psychotherapy
  • Use evidence-based practices such as CBT, MI, behavioral activation, and solution-focused therapy
  • Support clients with symptom reduction, emotional regulation, and coping strategies
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, address barriers, and support holistic treatment
  • Connect clients with case management and community resources to strengthen support networks
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our EHR and contribute to consistent, high-quality care
  • Actively engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and professional development

Schedule & Location

  • PRN / As-needed role
  • Work at least 3 shifts per month
  • Monday-Friday coverage needs
  • AllHealth Network Acute Care Campus - Littleton, CO


Qualifications

We're looking for professionals who bring:



  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health
  • Strong knowledge of DSM5, trauma-informed care, and evidencebased therapies
  • Excellent clinical documentation and EHR skills
  • Strong communication, assessment, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, fastpaced team
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation (if community work is required)

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: $33.50/hour for unlicensed and $41 an hour
