Position:Manager, Change Management

Location:Hybrid. Must reside within a reasonable driving distance of Green Bay or La Crosse, WI for occasional on-site needs.

Department:Change Management Office

Reports To:Director, Project and Change Management

Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Manager of Change Management to lead and advance our organizational readiness for change adoption across Emplify Health. This role partners closely with the Director of PMO to provide transformation and change leadership, managing a small, high-performing team and a network of master change agents. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and expertise in change management methodologies to align programs and projects with our enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage change management for large-scale, complex transformation projects.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans that align with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

  • Collaborate with leadership to set functional goals and strategies for the change management team, ensuring alignment with enterprise and regional objectives.

  • Monitor project progress, resource capacity, and fiscal management to ensure effective operations and accountability.

  • Manage, develop, and engage a team of change management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Provide change management scorecard reporting and analysis on project impacts, budgets, timelines, and resource demands.

  • Facilitate adoption of change management frameworks such as GE CAP Model, Prosci, and ADKAR, and evolve these methodologies to meet Emplify Health's needs.

  • Serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders, promoting collaboration and alignment across teams.

  • Ensure delivery of quality patient care and safety through seamless integration of change initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, HR, Organizational Leadership, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of professional experience managing large-scale, complex transformation change initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR preferred).

  • Proven ability to think strategically and develop high-level frameworks for change execution.

  • Experience leading change management through a team environment

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
