Senior Paralegal
What will you be Doing: Reporting to the Director of Legal Operations, this position will provide legal support to the Legal Team with specific emphasis on Non Disclosure Agreements, Litigation production, Legal Invoicing, project support and miscellaneous contract support as needed. Additionally, position will support the business with response to legal questions, compliance direction and coordination with the Premier Compliance Team, the Sales Operations team and the sales team. This role will also work with in-house legal team as well as working and coordinating with other Premier business units and leaders, Premier executives, Premier members, outside counsel, and vendors. This position requires a high level of attention to detail as well as tact and integrity due to the frequency of senior-level internal and external contacts and regular exposure to confidential data. Work is performed under minimal supervision and requires incumbents to exercise independence and discretion. Required Qualifications Work Experience: Years of Applicable Experience - 4 or more yearsEducation: High School Diploma or GED (Required)Preferred Qualifications Relevant Experience to include:
