Hours & Pay

• Pay: $19.21 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Shift Requirements: Standing for the full shift; flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed

Daily Tasks

• Operate assigned production and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform equipment start-up, changeovers, shutdowns, and basic preventive maintenance
• Load and supply production line materials and conveyors
• Conduct rework, inspections, and quality checks to meet production standards
• Follow quality assurance and testing procedures consistently
• Support cycle counting, inventory tracking, and material flow as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment using 5S principles
• Operate forklifts or other powered equipment as assigned
• Comply with all safety policies and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred, ideally in food or beverage environments
• Forklift experience and certification required
• Valid and current driver's license required
• Ability to lift up to 66 lbs safely and repeatedly
• Comfortable standing for an entire shift
• Steel-toe boots required
• Basic computer, data entry, and math skills
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends
• Ability to work safely in various weather conditions
