The Executive Assistant to the President provides critical administrative and operational support, ensuring priorities are managed and confidential information is protected. This trusted role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs while coordinating key activities for seamless execution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Executive Support

  • Manage the President's calendar, schedule, and daily workflow with precision and proactive planning.
  • Coordinate meetings, briefings, and internal/external engagements, ensuring the President is fully prepared.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and confidential documents.

2. Confidential Information Management

  • Safeguard all sensitive and proprietary information related to the President, the company, and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain secure systems for document handling, communication, and information storage.
  • Exercise sound judgment when managing confidential matters, ensuring information is shared only on a strict need-to-know basis.

3. Operational & Administrative Duties

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for business and personal travel as needed.
  • Oversee special projects and follow-up tasks assigned by the President.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders interacting with the President's office.

4. Personal Assistance & Errands

  • Manage tasks and errands for the President with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support travel schedule, appointments, and logistics as needed to ensure the President's time is optimized.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Based in Daniel Island, SC; office setting with standard equipment; English proficiency required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

1. Required to sit at a desk, answer phone calls, and operate a computer for up to 8 or more hours per day on certain days with reasonable breaks.

2. May be required to travel to locations to conduct and participate in meetings, site visits, requiring walking and carrying equipment such as laptops or equipment needed at a site.

3. Able to perform manual filing of records and able to move files weighing ten pounds or less.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a full-time role supporting clients across time zones, with core hours from 7 AM-4 PM EST. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

TRAVEL

Moderate travel is expected for this position to support both the SC, VA, NV and NM offices, corporate meetings and assist during contract transition startups.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

1. Ability to obtain or maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.

2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, public administration or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.

3. Proficiency with technology, Microsoft Office Suite and maintaining important / sensitive documentation.

4. Proven experience supporting senior executives in a high-trust environment.

5. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs.

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

7. High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

8.Valid driver's license and ability to run errands and support personal tasks as required.

9. Ability to work flexible hours and maintain availability based on the President's schedule.
