WORK ENVIRONMENT Based in Daniel Island, SC; office setting with standard equipment; English proficiency required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. 1. Required to sit at a desk, answer phone calls, and operate a computer for up to 8 or more hours per day on certain days with reasonable breaks. 2. May be required to travel to locations to conduct and participate in meetings, site visits, requiring walking and carrying equipment such as laptops or equipment needed at a site. 3. Able to perform manual filing of records and able to move files weighing ten pounds or less. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time role supporting clients across time zones, with core hours from 7 AM-4 PM EST. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays may be required. TRAVEL Moderate travel is expected for this position to support both the SC, VA, NV and NM offices, corporate meetings and assist during contract transition startups. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS 1. Ability to obtain or maintain a Top-Secret Clearance. 2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, public administration or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience. 3. Proficiency with technology, Microsoft Office Suite and maintaining important / sensitive documentation. 4. Proven experience supporting senior executives in a high-trust environment. 5. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs. 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 7. High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 8.Valid driver's license and ability to run errands and support personal tasks as required. 9.
